More About the Position

A CFO at TGG serves as a CFO for multiple clients, across various industries, concurrently. A CFO’s primary responsibility is to generate incremental value (additional growth, costs savings, increased valuation) for clients through a comprehensive understanding of the client’s strategy, operations, and financials. A CFO is also responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of their clients businesses. CFO’s play a key role in teaching and mentoring both clients and TGG staff to help them understand a variety of accounting and business topics.
Qualifications include:

  • Expert level understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles normally represented by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of industry experience and training
  • 10+ years of experience involved in management of a business, including oversight of financial statement production and month end close procedures
  • Ability to work in a consulting type environment with multiple clients and staff teams – ability to start and stop on work multiple times throughout the day



Controller

More About the Position

A Controller works concurrently with multiple clients in various industries. The Controller is responsible for proactive communication, managing expectations, dealing with issues and concerns, invoicing and budgeting, timely delivery of financial statements and overall client relationship maintenance. A Controller plays a key role in teaching and mentoring staff to help them understand a variety of advanced accounting and business topics. Qualifications include:

  • Expert level understanding of financial and managerial accounting principles normally represented by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of industry experience and training
  • 8-10+ years of experience involved in management of a business, including oversight of financial statement production and month end close procedures
  • Ability to work in a consulting type environment with multiple clients and staff teams – ability to start and stop on work multiple times throughout the day

An Accounting Manager at TGG Accounting serves as an Accounting Manager for multiple clients, across various industries, concurrently. The Accounting Manager is responsible for all financial accounting and transaction processing, in order to provide Controllers with accurate and complete financial statements. Understanding complex accounting standards and reconciliations, Accounting Managers are required to meet tight deadlines, manage multiple clients, and perform a multitude of accounting activities with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications include:

  • Intermediate level understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles normally represented by a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of industry experience and training
  • Enjoy daily client interaction and be able to communicate clearly

Staff Associate

A Staff Associate works concurrently with multiple clients in various industries. Staff Associates are responsible for the day-to-day transactional accounting that ultimately leads to the complete and accurate production of financial statements. Interacting with clients on a daily basis, a Staff Associate must be professional and able to communicate effectively with different personality styles. Qualifications include:
