Andrew Ruff
Before joining TGG, Andrew served as a Controller and Budget Officer in the Marine Corps, managing annual operating budgets exceeding $125 million. He earned a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy along with a post-graduate certificate in accounting, and now brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience to his role as a Partner and CFO at TGG. He says what he enjoys most is building long-term client relationships that withstand the test of time, and the chance to help business owners realize the goals they set out to achieve. One of the traditional business owner goals that Andrew specializes in achieving is exits/selling and generational transfers. In recent years, Andrew has served our clients as a CFO in more than 25 sell-side transactions and significant debt financing. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid outdoorsman — he enjoys camping and backpacking, and is working his way through section-hiking the entire Pacific Coast Trail.
