At TGG, where he has served as a Consulting CFO since February 2023, Charles starts by taking the time to understand business owners’ personal goals, then brings financial clarity to the business. This gives owners a clear picture of what’s driving performance so they can improve profitability and grow the valuation with confidence aligned with their goals.
