Kate Fiorucci
Kate joined TGG in 2019 and advanced from Office Manager to Managing Director of Human Resources, helping guide the company’s people practices and culture through its transition to remote work and expansion into an international organization. Today she leads the strategy, systems, and day-to-day work behind how TGG supports its people, from performance and leadership practices to employee experience and culture across a growing global team. Her background in education, information management, and consulting, along with her years living abroad, gives her a broad perspective and shapes her collaborative, relationship-driven approach to leadership. She holds B.A. and M.S. degrees and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Outside of work, Kate enjoys yoga, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
