Laurel built her career at TGG from the ground up, rising from an entry-level assistant role all the way to Chief Operating Officer and Partner. She now oversees HR, IT, Legal, Learning & Development, and internal accounting for the firm, and created TGG U, the company’s internal learning program that has meaningfully boosted employee satisfaction and retention. She drives efficiency improvements company-wide, manages legal compliance and risk, and works to keep every operational decision aligned with TGG’s mission of making business owners’ lives better. Her ownership stake in the firm speaks to just how invested she is in TGG’s long-term success — she’s one of the people who has grown up alongside the company itself.
