Matt founded TGG Accounting in 2006 to give small and medium-sized businesses the kind of financial infrastructure that’s usually reserved for much larger companies. A serial entrepreneur, he founded and sold his first business while still a student at Vanderbilt University, long before starting TGG. Under his leadership, TGG has landed on the Inc. 5000 list five years running, been named one of San Diego’s Fastest Growing Companies four years running, and earned a Best Places to Work designation. He’s a regular Vistage speaker and Vice President of the FINACA Board, and he still lives by the philosophy that guides the whole company: “the numbers aren’t the most important thing for a business — they’re the only thing.”
