Peter Macy

Peter joined TGG in 2025 after a career spanning investment banking, private equity, and operating leadership. He started at J.P. Morgan and later Wells Fargo Securities as an M&A banker focused on the gaming industry, co-founded the merchant bank Poydras Street Capital, and then became CEO of Integrity Gaming Corp, growing it past $10 million in EBITDA and taking it public via a Canadian TSX-V reverse takeover. Most recently, he was CBO/CFO and a board member at climate-tech startup Blue Ocean Gear, helping the company raise more than $11 million and drive 300% growth. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BA with High Honors from Middlebury College, where he now chairs the Advisory Council for the Center for the Blue Economy. Colleagues describe him as unusually generous with his time — he’s known for pitching in on pro-bono work for prospective clients, from loan-restructuring conversations to personal introductions to his own banking contacts.
