When you sign up with TGG, you can expect two components that will contribute to your company’s success. We begin with an assessment of where your business’s financials stand at the time that you sign on with us. At TGG, we believe in understanding our client’s business on a deeper level, so this may take some time. Simultaneously, we work on your current financials to ensure your future financials remain healthy. Here’s a detailed look into each aspect of TGG’s process.
The implementation process starts with an assessment of your past financial statements. We take a look into how well your accounting department is functioning, as well as take a deeper look into your company as a whole. We serve as an extension of your team, so we want to understand your staff and their roles in the business in order to effectively partner with them to achieve success.
During this 3 month period, we fix all the errors found in the assessment. This is the time period when we understand the business model, intricacies, and current processes. We reconcile all balance sheet accounts, optimize Chart of Accounts, and begin developing templates and processes. These templates include cash flow forecasting and the TGG Way™ monthly financial reporting. Lastly, we develop and document best practices for accounting processes and procedures to ensure you are set up for success.
Our recurring services start when you first sign on. We begin maintaining and supporting your current accounting needs from the start, while simultaneously fixing any errors found within the assessment, and understanding your business. These services include maintaining transactional accounting, accounting support and review, cash flow forecasting, formal month-end processes, monthly TGG Way™ reporting KPIs dashboard, and general C-level consultation and analysis when needed.
