It’s time for TGG’s Client Spotlight! We have truly enjoyed building our relationship with Hydrate IV Bar over the past 2 years. Prior to TGG, Hydrate IV Bar relied on a CPA firm to produce annual financial statements, but Owner, Katie Wafer found that she wasn’t getting the timely or accurate financial information she needed in order to make educated business decisions. So, without further ado, we are delighted to shine our Client Spotlight this month on Hydrate IV Bar!
In the time that our team has been working with Hydrate IV Bar, they have expanded their business from 2 locations into 5 thus providing even more accessible ways for people to achieve wellness, beauty, and recovery. We recently interviewed the owner of the company, Katie Wafer, about the foundations of their successful company and what’s in store for the future of Hydrate IV Bar. Here are some excerpts from that interview:
Q: Hydrate IV Bar is an innovative approach to wellness, what made you begin this venture, and what keeps you coming back?
A: I started Hydrate IV Bar because I was a passionate consumer and I was wanting a more accessible way to receive these services. Our business was built around the customer experience which has differentiated us from other medical providers.

As far as what inspires me every day to keep coming back, it’s helping others. Both my team and I are passionate about creating a welcoming space to allow clients to take control of their health and feel better in the end! The most rewarding aspect of my job is to see my passion translate onto our team and to those we meet in our spas and community.
Q: As you look back on the past 4 years of business, what are you most proud of?
A: We have served over 27,000 clients in the 4 years of business. In that time, we have received over 2,000 5-star reviews!
Something I am also very proud of with our business is that it is nearly entirely female; including the Founder/Owner, the Medical Director/Doctor, Attorneys, Accountants, Management Team, and the majority of our employees!
Q: The recent events surrounding the pandemic have been quite difficult for many organizations, how have you kept your team’s spirits high?
A: Coronavirus caused our business to shut down for a few months, during that time our team gathered our supplies we had in stock and donated them to hospitals in need. Our management team also worked together to supply meals to our nurses who were working extra hospital shifts on the front lines.
Q: As you look to the future of Hydrate IV Bar, what’s next?
A: I am happy to announce that despite recent closures, our business has been able to rebound and is continuing to work toward additional locations. Our customer satisfaction, retention, and referrals give me the confidence to grow this business into new markets.
