Professional background: My love for small businesses began during my college years, working for some that thrived with accurate financials and leaders who understood them, and others that struggled due to a lack of accounting processes. I joined TGG because of the opportunity to use my skills in accounting to help businesses thrive. During my tenure here, I have gained experience across many industries, including professional services, manufacturing, investment firms, software, non-profits, and retail.
What do you enjoy most about working at TGG? I thrive on the variety of work that results from supporting clients across many industries and with varied goals. Relationships that are built with my clients and my teams over the years are very motivating to me.
How do you live TGG’s mission? Whether my client is expanding their business, enduring a crisis, or selling their company, I strive to partner with them to achieve success. My work to explain a set of financials, build a forecast, create new compensation plans, or obtain financing is all about supporting their goals and looking toward the future.
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I enjoy spending time with my family when I’m away from the office. My two young daughters enjoy baking with me, visiting the SD Safari Park, or reading stacks of books together.
