Flying A Media is a media-buying agency located in Pasadena, CA. They specialize in digital and traditional advertising campaigns and strategic media plans to maximize customer engagement and conversion. TGG started working with Flying A Media to help them fill the gaps in their accounting which were limiting their growth.
In order to improve their internal accounting systems, TGG worked with Flying A Media to add efficiencies, including a comprehensive accounting manual, new systems, training of staff and most importantly, the confidence they needed to do a lot of the work themselves with the awareness to know when to call in the ‘big guns’ of TGG.
