During this 3 month period, we fix all the errors found in the assessment. This is the time period when we understand the business model, intricacies, and current processes. We reconcile all balance sheet accounts, optimize Chart of Accounts, and begin developing templates and processes. These templates include cash flow forecasting and the TGG Way™ monthly financial reporting. Lastly, we develop and document best practices for accounting processes and procedures to ensure you are set up for success.
